Purchases and Refunds

Real money buys only Pauta, the Game's virtual currency: 4 fixed packs (the larger the pack, the better the per-unit price). The price is always shown in the store before you confirm. Pauta is credited to the Nation (world) from which you made the purchase.

Base prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Several methods are available depending on your country: in Argentina, Mercado Pago, where the amount is charged in Argentine pesos using the exchange rate in effect at the time of purchase (shown before you confirm), accepting the methods Mercado Pago offers (cards, account balance, installments depending on the provider); in any country, an international card (Apple Pay and Google Pay included) charged in dollars and processed by Paddle as the registered seller (Merchant of Record), which handles the applicable taxes; and, also in any country, cryptocurrencies charged in dollars and processed by NOWPayments, available for the highest-value pack (due to network minimums).

Your card or wallet details are processed by the payment provider: they never reach us. The payment link expires (in about 24 hours); if it has expired, generate a new one from the store.

Pauta is credited automatically when the provider approves the payment. Some methods may take longer (for example, transfers or cash payments with crediting pending). If the payment shows as approved and the Pauta did not arrive, write to guerraspoliticas@gmail.com or contact support with your receipt and we will resolve it.

Pauta is redeemed within the Game for the Premium Account (cumulative packs of 3, 7, 14, 30, 90 days), individual features (The Bagman, the Chief of Staff), boosts, speed-ups, resource bundles, and username changes. There are no subscriptions: nothing renews or is charged automatically. Redemptions are final once you activate them.

Pauta has no value outside the Game, is not transferable between accounts, and cannot be redeemed for money or other goods. Gift Pauta (bonuses, pre-registration, free trials) has no monetary value and is non-refundable.

As with any distance purchase, you have the right to withdraw within 10 (ten) calendar days of the purchase, at no cost or penalty (art. 34, Law 24.240; art. 1110, Civil and Commercial Code; Resolution 424/2020). We refund what you paid through the same payment method, provided the Pauta from that purchase has not been spent: any portion already used is digital content delivered immediately and is exempt from withdrawal (art. 1116(b), Civil and Commercial Code).

I want to withdraw from my purchase

You may also exercise it by writing to guerraspoliticas@gmail.com (from your account email, stating your username and the purchase) or through the Game's support. Upon receiving your request, we send confirmation and process the refund through the same payment method.

Duplicate charges, crediting errors, or Game failures that affect a purchase are reviewed case by case by support. Where a refund is warranted, it is issued through the same payment method as the purchase.

If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may purchase only with the authorization of your parents or guardians, using payment methods you are permitted to use. The holder of the payment method is responsible for its use. If you are a parent or guardian and a minor in your care made a purchase without your authorization, write to us as soon as possible at guerraspoliticas@gmail.com: we will resolve it by reversing the purchase and the Pauta involved.

If you have a problem with a payment, contact us first: almost everything is resolved faster through support than through the bank. When a payment receives a chargeback, the Pauta and benefits credited for that purchase are reversed and the account is suspended until the situation is regularized (from the suspended-account screen you can pay for the purchase again and regain access). If the dispute is resolved in your favor, we restore everything that was reversed and lift the suspension.

The Game is in beta and a world (Nation) may be reset or closed. If that happens, we make reasonable compensation efforts: at a minimum, restoring the Pauta purchased and not spent in that world (in another world or by the appropriate means). Gift Pauta is not compensated.
