Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 25, 2026
This Policy explains what personal data we process when you use Guerras Políticas (web and mobile app), what we use it for, who we share it with, and what rights you have under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25,326.
1. Data controller
The data controller is the operator of the Game, doing business under the name «Guerras Políticas». For anything related to your data, write to guerraspoliticas@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
- Account: email, first and last name, date of birth (only to verify the minimum age; it is not shown to anyone), country, username, and the date you accepted these documents. If you sign up with «Sign in with Google» or «Sign in with Apple», we receive your email, name and —if available— profile photo from that provider.
- Profile: bio, motto, profile color, and avatar (if you upload a photo).
- Game: your districts and actions, private and coalition messages, reports and dispatches, notifications, and support tickets with their attachments.
- Payments: the record of each transaction (product, amount, currency, payment method, status) and the data the payment provider reports to us, such as the payer's name and email. Your card details are processed by the provider: they never reach us.
- Technical and security: IP address, device identifier (the gp_did cookie on the web; a proprietary identifier in the app), browser type (user-agent), and activity logs (which action you took and when).
- Communications: your opt-in for news by email, if you provided it.
- Store achievements (mobile app only): if your device has a Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android) session, we store a pseudonymous player identifier from that platform to link your in-game achievements to your game account and mirror them in the store.
Sign in with Google and with Apple: we offer the option to sign in with your Google or Apple account. If you use it, we receive your basic profile data from that provider —email, name, and, if available, your photo— for the sole purpose of creating and authenticating your account. We do not access your contacts, your mail, or any other data in those accounts, nor do we post anything to them. Political Wars's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
3. What we use it for
- Operating the Game and your account: registration, matches, chat, support, crediting purchases (performance of the contract).
- Security and anti-fraud: detecting multiple accounts, cheating, and abuse using IP and device signals (legitimate interest in fair play).
- Transactional communications: account emails, important notices, and support responses.
- Game news: only if you subscribed, and only for users over 18; you can unsubscribe in every email or in Settings (revocable consent).
- Legal obligations: invoicing, accounting, and responding to requests from authorities.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not run targeted advertising with it.
4. Cookies
The details of cookies and local storage are in the Cookie Policy, which forms part of this Policy.

6. International transfers
Some of these providers are located outside Argentina (for example, in the United States). When that happens, the transfer is carried out with contractual data-protection safeguards in accordance with Law 25,326.
7. How long we keep it
- Account and profile data: for as long as your account exists.

- Security and audit logs: for a limited, proportionate period.
- Payments and invoicing: for the periods required by tax and accounting rules.
- Messages and game content: for as long as the Nation (world) where they were generated remains live.
8. Your rights
You may exercise, free of charge, the rights to access, rectify, update, and delete your data (access at intervals no shorter than six months, except where there is a legitimate interest — art. 14, Law 25,326). Write to guerraspoliticas@gmail.com from the email associated with your account, or use the Game's support; we may ask for a reasonable identity verification before responding.
The AGENCY FOR ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION (AAIP), the supervisory authority for Law 25,326, is empowered to handle the complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the regulations in force on personal data protection.
9. Deleting your account
To delete your account, write to guerraspoliticas@gmail.com or open a support ticket. When you delete it, your identity and profile are erased. We keep only what the law requires (for example, payment records under tax rules) and minimal security/anti-fraud data for a limited period. Your chat messages may be kept without an identified author so as not to break other players' conversations.
10. Minors
The Game is for people aged 13 or older. We do not send commercial news to users under 18. If you are between 13 and 17, your parents or guardians may exercise your rights over your data by writing to us.
11. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), redaction of credentials and tokens in logs, restricted access to data, and prior moderation of uploaded images. No system is infallible, but in the event of an incident affecting your data we will notify you in accordance with the applicable regulations.
12. Changes
If we change this Policy in a material way, we will give notice by email or within the Game and update the «Last updated» date.
