What the app is and how we use sign-in with Google and Apple.
What it is
Political Wars is a free, multiplayer strategy game you play in the browser and on its mobile app (iOS and Android). It’s an MMORTS of political satire: you run districts, recruit units, form coalitions, and compete in real time against other players to dominate the map of the Nation.
How to create an account
To play, you need a free account. You can create one with your email, or by signing in with Google or Apple. Signing in is optional: it’s just a convenient way to access your account.
What Google data we use, and why
If you choose “Sign in with Google,” we receive your basic profile data from Google —your email address, your name, and, if available, your profile picture— and we use it only to create and identify your player account and save your progress.
We do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other data or service in your Google account, and we don’t post anything on your behalf. We request only the basic permissions (openid, email, and profile).
Political Wars’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
